Response time
We are a small team and we answer messages ourselves, so replies come from a person rather than a ticketing system. Expect a response within two business days, on either channel.

For data access or deletion requests, email us with the subject line “Privacy request”. See our Privacy Policy for what we collect and how long we keep it.
